Take this chance to use our personal training studio as a way of getting in an extra workout or doing the exercises you might not necessarily get to do at a group exercise class.

Never used a gym before and not sure where to start? Don’t panic, our experienced team will happily write you a session plan to suit your individual needs.

These sessions are kept semi – private with only a maximum of 8 people being able to book in at once. Take a look at our session options below then come and join us.

Non-Members

– Adults: £6 per session
– 8-17 years old: £4 per session

– FREE!
