Perfect for beginners
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobic exercise. It’s main purpose is to target as many muscles as possible whilst sustaining a high heart rate to aid fat burning, all over toning and improved endurance. Our sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels and are varied each week for continued enjoyment and progression.
Join our growing group of supporting individuals like yourself who will encourage you along the way. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make friends, get fit and even have fun whilst you’re at it!
– Adults: £6 per session
– 8-17 years old: £4 per session
– Poole High students and faculty: £4 per session
