METABOLIC CONDITIONING

To achieve a healthy, toned and fit body you can be proud of. You will take part in our training sessions that are fun, personalised and effective. If you’re new to exercise we’ll start you slow so you have nothing to worry about and guide you all the way. Unlike other gyms that just leave you to ‘get on with it’ alone, we show you exactly what to do so you get the best results in the shortest amount of time.

NUTRITION

The hardest part of the puzzle is always nutrition. But we make it easy for you with our systemized nutrition process that will show you exactly what to eat and when, without having to starve yourself, skip meals, or just eat vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

ACCOUNTABILITY

It’s very common in the fitness industry for people to join a gym or health club and receive zero accountability or support. You simply get given a membership card and you’re told to get on with it. We do things a bit differently and with a smile. Our whole business exists because of the results we get our clients and the high level of support we provide is part of that, so we look forward to getting you the results you want very soon! Plus, with our unique health testing you’ll be able to see the difference you have made, not only to the number on the scales, but to your overall health.

FIN 'N' LEAN

To simply put it, this programme is designed for the 5% of us who actually LIKE exercise. So what’s included?

Choose up to 3 of our unique group exercise classes which incorporates all of the following styles of exercise and some!

  • Circuit training
  • Boot Camp
  • Boxing / Pad work
  • Team Drills
  • HIIT
  • Ab workouts
  • Battle rope workouts / Kettle bells / Medicine balls / Free Weights / Resistance training.

You name it and we’ll include it… as long as it gets your heart rate up! We WILL NOT be matched on variety – fact!

  • Support and accountability like no other in our private MEMBERS ONLY Facebook page

SHAPE 'N' SCULPT

It goes without saying – lots of people simply do not enjoy exercise.

Just the idea of going to a big public gym and trying to figure out what machine does what in front of a bunch of 20 somethings wearing next to nothing….just isn’t that appealing!

This is where our unique ‘Shape ‘n’ Sculpt’ programme comes in.

Here, people of all shapes, sizes and abilities will feel more comfortable than ever before in our small and private studio. With group sizes of no more than 6 and everyone catered for individually, there is nowhere in the area who can give you what we can.

So what’s included?

  • Choose 2, 3 or 4 semi private personal training sessions a week
  • Free access to an additional 3 ‘Fit ‘n’ Lean’ classes per week
  • All sessions are low impact, safe and instructed, weight training focused workouts to target the whole of the body. Groups of no more than 6 people, all of which are doing their own tailored programme which is written for them by our team of highly qualified coaches
  • Over 50 sessions per week to choose from
  • New programme every 4 weeks for continued progression, enjoyment and variety
  • Monthly weigh in and body measurements report to keep you on track
  • Private Facebook group for members only which includes fitness/diet tips, workout videos, seminars and lots of other good advice. Plus unlimited support from 4 coaches and over 120 members (and building daily)
  • A 21 day diet plan when initially joining up and constant nutritional support and advice
  • Great community aspect including social benefits and events (bowling night, summer family fun day, weekends away, Christmas party and much more!
