Take part in one or as many of our outdoor boot camps as you like in the beautiful environment surrounding the Poole area. Our group sizes can range from 6 to 26 people who are all there for the same reasons: to lose weight, get fit and have a great time whilst doing it. We even go for a drink at the Yachtsman pub in Hamworthy every other Tuesday after our evening session during the summer so please feel free to join in.
We also want to encourage mums and dads to join us In our morning sessions at Hamworthy park after the school drop off by allowing you to bring your little ones along. Don't let the busy schedule of being a parent be another reason why you can't take part in regular exercise.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobic exercise. It's main purpose is to target as many muscles as possible whilst sustaining a high heart rate to aid fat burning, all over toning and improved endurance.
Our sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels and are varied each week for continued enjoyment and progression.
Every 6 weeks we offer you the chance to take part in our fitness test on a Wednesday evening to check for improvements by beating your previous results which will be kept on file throughout the year.

Cardio and Core! Time to get working on those Abdominals in our brand new class. Everyone who wants a washboard stomach can get there through a combination of cardio and core work. Each class will be different and designed to help you tone your stomach, reduce belly fat, boost your heart rate and importantly, have fun!
'Fighter Fit' is a unique exercise class incorporating techniques and training methods from a variety of fighting styles. This is an excellent cardio workout with the extra benefits of stress release. Why not try a taster session for free.

Our popular Boot camp now encompasses a morning session on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am to 7:15am. Training at this time has proven results, boosting the metabolism and helping to get to that 'lean' look.
